I still struggle when I have to argue or fight in English - because you don’t learn too much about it at school! Here are some words and phrases for you, just in case you find yourself in a situation where you have to stand up for yourself in Japanese. (Don’t go around start fighting all the time, I won’t be responsible!!) And I used a few foul languages just as examples... my apology in advance.
