SHETLAND | KILTED YOGA | VLOG

I was fortunate enough to be asked by the Shetland Yoga Club to teach a weekend of workshops in May. I flew up with Logainair from Edinburgh to Sumburgh, a short and easy flight of an hour but with a wee bit of a scary landing. That day I went to the St Ninian’s beach, saw seals, spoke at BBC Radio Scotland, spoke to some people in the town, local shop keepers and artisan makers about Lerwick. I was staying on the Ness of Sound in a lovely little cottage. Day two was pretty much all about teaching but day three kicks off with Viking heritage, puffins and lighthouses.
