The Sarmat system is Russia’s new generation of intercontinental ballistic missiles, capable of carrying more than 10 nuclear warheads. The Russian President further added that the development of the nuclear triad is the ’most important task’. The development comes as Ukrainian forces’ counteroffensive is underway against Russian troops.
