Damaged buildings are seen after a tornado hit the city of Yancheng, in east China’s Jiangsu province. The tornado hit several cities in the Yancheng province region on Sunday afternoon. Strong winds tore roofs, uprooted trees, destroyed farm gardens and overturned vehicles. Authorities said 283 farmhouses and 32 greenhouses were damaged. Two people died and 15 others were injured. The injured have been treated at the Dafeng County hospital. Although most tornadoes occur in the United States.
