They are so delicious and I make them almost every weekend Chop 380g broccoli Add to a pot Chop 220g cauliflower Add to the pot Pour in some water Add a bit of oil Also, add a pinch of salt Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat Strain the cauliflower and broccoli Place in a cassarole tray Medium-heat Pour olive oil in the pan Chop 1 onion Place the onion in the pan Fry for about 2 minutes Chop 150g pepper Add into the pan Add black pepper and salt Add some paprika too Add to the casserole dish Sprinkle 1/4cup parmesan cheese on top (this is optional) Mix well Crack 4 eggs in a bowl Mix well Pour in 100ml Heavy cream 4tbsp all purpose flour Add 20g chopped green onion Add salt and black pepper Mix well Pour on top of the dish Shred 80g mozzarella cheese Sprinkle the cheese on top Bake for 35-40 minutes at 356°F/180°C Add 4tbsp greek yogurt to a bowl Add 2tbsp mayonnaise Add 15g chopped parsley or cilantr
