2-year-old girl dies after being left in hot car for hours

Authorities have released more details in the death of a toddler inside a hot car in New Jersey, a tragedy that serves as a stark warning to parents to be mindful of leaving children unattended in vehicles. Franklin Township police responded to a call of a child in cardiac arrest, and responding officers arrived to a neighbor who is a member of a local fire department administering CPR on the unresponsive child.
