Dark Souls 3 - Storm Ruler PvP - Heavy Build

I hit 2 people with the weapon art in 4 hours. It’s really cool but completely useless. The weapon itself has awful base damage, horrible scaling, the weakest move set of all great swords, and to top it all off, it can’t be buffed or infused. Jesus fucking christ From Soft...
