How Many Chocolate Chips Does it Take to Wake a Rat? 🍫

After seeing how Bean reacted to cheerios when asleep, I was wondering how she would react to an even higher value treat like chocolate. So I went ahead and tried it out and I have to say that once again I’m amazed at how deeply Bean sleeps - it took 20 chocolate chips to wake her up and even then she only woke up when i placed one right next to her nose. I’m also pretty sure this is the happiest way bean has ever been woken up and she’s probably going to be disappointed from now on whenever she wakes up without chocolate 😜 Side note for anyone wondering but yes, chocolate is safe for rats to eat.
