UNCLE SAM live in Michigan October 1988

i need help with the date, city and venue for this video. TROY SINISTER HELP! Rochester, NY’s glam/punk heroes, UNCLE SAM live in Michigan in late 1988 inbetween ’Heaven Or Hollywood’ and ’Letters From London’ eras. SCOTT CESSNA still on lead vocals, LARRY MILLER(of course) on guitar, DAVE GENTNER(after he shaved his head, hair growing long again) on bass guitar, not yet moved to the vocal spot, and JEFF MANN on drums. So essentially this *is* the Letters From London lineup, although i don’t think they recorded the record yet. They do however play a few songs from the album, ’Letters From London’, ’Whiskey Slick’, ’Red Shirt’, etc.
