Narrator states that they are the coast artillery, engineers and air corps working together at Fort Humphries (?) Virginia testing the greatest concentration of anti-aircraft searchlight equipment in American history. 15 searchlights are placed in their operating positing. “And when night falls, their beams pierce the sky - the electric eyes of the earth folk in their battle with the air men...“ Night shot of one of the lamps lighting up.
