Turkey is again suffering from extreme weather conditions. Heavy rain hit Istanbul and Bursa on Wednesday. Some areas received about 30 liters of rain per square meter. Wind gusts reached speeds of 90 km/h. Residents were looking for safe places and hiding from the wind and precipitation.
