Cleaning my CDJs from Burning Man - WOW

I’m back! And this time I’m tearing apart a CDJ2000nexus that was used for a whole week at Burning Man. The playa dust found at Black Rock City damages electronics due to its highly alkaline nature. To properly clean any piece of gear that has come back from the playa, a full disassembly and mild acid solution bath for every major component is necessary. This is my process for cleaning my CDJs. Do not bring (or send anything to) the playa without being financially and emotionally prepared to completely d
