WINNIPEGGERS: EPISODE 10 – Leaving Home Dave Spivak left home at age 18 to go to broadcasting school in Thunder Bay, and learned about Shake N Bake, hard boiled eggs, nunchucks, and dealing with same sex crushes (who also happened to be the local drug dealer). Rybo moved out in order to furnish someone else’s apartment, and have a place to park his hand-me-down Oldsmobile.
