To his surprise, it seems garden street is inhabited by eldritch horrors and unhinged ghost hunters, and they tell him anything but the information he’s looking for. In fact, they start talking (and singing) about the weird guy who lives in a shipwreck, who shares a striking resemblance to the late god.
