Calisthenics Ring Challenge

If you thought toes to bar was the end progression you thought wrong! There’s always more to learn ☺️ Here’s a challenge to try (not for beginners) it can be done rings, a pull-up bar or even an aerial hoop. As far as I know the name “Meathook” comes from the aerial community. I’d love to see some circus people try this out! In my actual training I go back to toes to bar then do the other side for 4-6 reps.
