This recipe is not new but is actually worth remembering. My favourite since childhood, such a unique taste makes me cook it again and again. And for those who have not tried it and you will be surprised how such a fairly simple recipe gives such a rich taste. The recipe is really simple, maybe not as fast as you would like, but it’s worth it. Ingredients for dough 100g Sugar 100 g Honey 100 g Butter 2 Eggs 350 g Flour 30 g Cocoa powder 5 g Baking soda 1 g Salt Melt the sugar over medium heat until golden. Add butter and honey. Return to the heat for another minute to dissolve well the mixture. Pour the mixture into a bowl and allow it to cool slightly. Add 2 eggs and mix well. Sift and mix all dry components. Add into the dough gradually. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and cover. Roll out directly on parchment . Use a baking ring to cut the circles. Bake at 180℃ for 4 minutes.
