How to do SCISSOR JUMPS - Irish Dance

So, I shot this using my new camera and my old, old camera. I am still learning how to focus the new one (obviously) and the old one is on its last legs. So, apologies for the poor quality of the footage and the audio but, you can still learn from it and that’s all that matters. This video is to help you learn how to do scissor jumps for Irish dance or, how to improve them if you already know them. I give some exercises and drills that you can incorporate into your warm up routine when practicing at home that should help you to achieve better scissor jumps over time.
