This workout is designed to work every major muscle in your body in a few minutes with only a pair of Dumbbells. Workout Details: Aim to complete 30 seconds at a steady pace, but if you must catch your breath, slow down the pace rather than stopping altogether. Finish and move immediately into the next exercise. Move to phase 2 without rest Move to phase 3 without rest.
