Generation Z is entering into the workforce, yet many companies struggle to adapt to the new reality of the workplace by adhering to the old processes. In this talk, Liana Hakobyan reveals the important values for the Gen Z workforce, explaining the challenges the new generation faces and offering solutions to overcome them. Liana Hakobyan is the co-founder and Head of Growth at Breedge, an online platform that helps companies to find candidates for various positions. With a team, Liana represented Armenia in multiple international conferences and competitions. Prior to starting Breedge, Liana has worked in three different companies as a marketing and business development assistant and as a market research freelancer at the age of 19. She is a senior student, majoring in Marketing, at the AUA. Liana is passionate about street art, Star Wars, photography, Steve Jobs, and chocolates.
