30 MIN STADING DUMBBELL WORKOUT | Full Body | No Repeat

Join me for an all standing, full body dumbbell workout you can do at the comfort of your own home. This is a no repeat, 30 minute strength training session that aims to increase your strength, improve your coordination and sweat some calories. All you will need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells and I am using 2 x 5kg. Don’t forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels.
