Thousands of Palestinians flee as Israel intensifies assault on Gaza - BBC News

Israel has intensified its assault on Gaza with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warning that the biggest offensive in years will continue. Violent clashes between Israeli troops and Palestinians have spread across much of the occupied West Bank. It’s estimated ten thousand Palestinians have fled their homes to escape the Israeli bombardment.
