Master Your Breath: 7 Rounds of Advanced Wim Hof Pranayama
Unlock the full potential of your breath with this advanced 7-round Wim Hof Pranayama session. Each round is designed to take you deeper into the practice, enhancing your physical and mental well-being.
Instructions:
Inhale deeply: Breathe in through your nose or mouth and exhale unforced through your mouth. Fully utilize your diaphragm to fill your lungs completely from belly to chest. Repeat this 40 times.
Breath retention: After the final exhalation, let the air out and hold your breath for as long as possible without forcing it. Hold until you feel the urge to breathe again.
Recovery breath: When you need to breathe, take a deep breath in to full capacity. Feel your chest expand fully and hold this breath for around 10-15 seconds before letting go.
Repeat: Continue this cycle for 7 rounds.
Relax and enjoy: Close your eyes, relax, and go with the flow. Embrace the sensations and the calm that follows.
Important Note:
Do not perform this breathing technique in any situation where fainting could pose a risk, such as diving, driving, swimming, or bathing.

[04:52] Round 2: 40 breaths holding for 2 minutes 30 seconds
[10:10] Round 3: 40 breaths holding for 3 minutes
[15:58] Round 4: 40 breaths holding for 3 minutes 30 seconds
[22:17] Round 5: 40 breaths holding for 4 minutes
[29:06] Round 6: 40 breaths holding for 4 minutes 30 seconds
[36:25] Round 7: 40 breaths holding for 5 minutes
[44:17] Meditate
