Nick & Adalind - Perfect

I accidentally came across spoilers while I was watching this show earlier this year. So I already knew that these two were going to have a romance and even end up together. And I remember being really skeptical and thinking that it was going to be the dumbest decision ever. I mean come on, she tried to kill his aunt in the first couple episodes. And then he turned her human by giving her his blood. They had managed to do so many horrible things to each other in such a short amount of time. I just couldn’t seem to wrap my head around the idea of them as a couple. But when the time actually came for me to start season 6, I was completely in love with them as a couple. Even though they were enemies, then allies, then back to enemies, and then finally to just managed to click perfectly. Once he got past the initial shock of finding out that she was carrying his child, Nick was so sweet to her. I loved that she would only fall asleep in the new house when he was laying in bed next to her. Or that whenever she was worried, he would hug her and you could instantly tell that she felt better. Even when Juliette came back into his life (sort of) he reassured her that it didn’t change the way that he felt about her or their son. I never never would’ve expected there to be nearly the amount of chemistry between them that there was. I will miss Nick and Adalind. But I am so happy that they got their happy ending together. :)
