First Lower Body Conditioning and Sports Performance Related Workout in roughly 5 Months

Hadn’t done a lower body conditioning and sports performance (wrestling) related workout in roughly 5 months, due to my shoulder surgery in early March. My shoulder has been feeling great though, and I am now in the first phase of my program that I will talk about in the video - the eccentric phase. This phase revolves around teaching the body and it’s muscle fibers how to absorb and transfer energy. For the next 2 months I’m doing a total 8 week split - 2 weeks focusing on eccentric (absorbing and transferring energy), 2 weeks focusing on isometric (recruiting muscle fibers), 2 weeks focusing on concentrate (firing and contracting muscle fibers), and 2 weeks on conditioning (peaking for your sport). In the video I go through and show an intense workout involving depth jumps (3 sets X 10 reps), some sports (wrestling and other athletic sports) related footwork ladder drills, my favorite core strength exercise and then I show what an intense all out shadow wrestling sprint should look like (3 sets X 2 minutes)
