The biggest willy I’ve ever operated on!

Balanoposthitis can be severe... this willy is definitely next level. These farmers are great people who care deeply about their livestock. But, they are 8 hours away from my practice and I am their closest cattle vet. By the time I could organize the trip it had grown quite large! The penis and prepuce had become injured and as it is dependent (hanging down) it is prone to excessive granulation tissue when healing. Due to its location, it is also prone to be inadvertently stepped on or kicked. This results in rapid progression of the traumatic over healing process. It is crazy how quickly this bulls penis progressed to this degree! This surgical procedure is normally pretty quick, but it was very difficult to dissect down to his penis without risking actually cutting the penis itself. (The ball is inflamed preputial tissue) This was a mission! Regarding our relaxed joking and carrying on, this is how we persevere at working long days in challenging conditions, and the animals respond well to happy people! A few folks still felt like posting fairly unkind comments, so as a result I have suspended commenting on this particular video. This bums me out a bit, but my only other option was to pull the video down. This is still a good procedure to learn from, so I have opted this way for now. Thank you for taking the time to read the comments!
