Oblivion: Extreme Speed

Using a combination of 75 athletic skill (obviously, I could go even faster by getting this to 100), a speed spell, 75 restoration skill (again, I could go A LOT faster with 100), 7 bottles of skooma, a speed (zoom) suit and fast music, I was able to achieve a very high speed. Music: F-Zero X - Big Blue (seemed very fitting ^^)
