Monastery of St. Paul, Egypt Founded in the Fifth Century

St. Paul Monstery, near Al Zaafarna, Egypt is a Coptic Christian monastery founded in the fifth century. It is one of the oldest inhabited monasteries in Egypt. St. Paul was a contemporary of St. Antony, founder of the monastic movement.
