Spread Out Rondo | Rondo Variation | U8, U9, U10, U11 | Football/Soccer

Rondos are a classic training drill, that have many benefits. In this variation, the players are encouraged to stay spread out, as they are to stay in their section. The defenders are free to move in any section, and once they win the ball they will play a 3 vs 1 rondo in that section. Once the attacker wins it back ,they can play to another section and the rondo continues.
