B1: BB Romanian deadlift - 3 x 8 [10 secs rest]
B2: Wide pronated grip pull ups - 3 x 8 [3 minute rest]
C1: DB Cuban press - 3 x 8 [10 secs rest]
C2: Prowler Sprints (or) Stationary bike with resistance added - 3 x 20 secs [2 minute rest]
