Russian inspection team of Black Sea Fleet patrol ship Vasily Bykov work on bulk carrier Sukra Okan, which was sailing under flag of Palau to Ukrainian port of Izmail on 13 August ▫️ The video shows a Russian Ka-29 helicopter overflight of the bulk carrier Sukra Okan, which failed to comply with the requirement to stop, the moments when a group of Russian servicemen boarded the ship, checked the documentation and carried out inspections in the premises of the ship to check for the presence of prohibited goods. ▫️ During the inspection measures carried out, the work of the inspection team was carried out in a professional manner and in accordance with the requirements of international documents. ▫️ After completion of the work of the inspection team on board of Sukra Okan a verification protocol was drawn up and the vessel continued its journey to the port of Izmail.
