Columbia University professor says protests are not ‘antisemitic’ and expresses worries over arrests
Susan Bernofsky, a renowned American translator and professor at Columbia University, told Al Jazeera on Thursday that she does not feel the ongoing student protests at the university’s campus are antisemitic. She further added that as a Jewish faculty member she only felt threatened by the arrests of student protestors and not the demonstration itself.
