Hey guys, here’s a new video about how I prep and get ready for a Victoria’s Secret photoshoot. My morning supplements, how I make my smoothie, grabbing a matcha, workout at Justin Gelband, lunch & cryo with Laurens, infrared sauna, lymphatic drainage, grabbing dinner at the Whole Foods & finishing the day with a spraytan. Ofcourse I don’t always prep like this because sometimes I’m traveling a day before the shoot but if I can I love to take a day to do selfcare, because it also makes me feel good and relaxed! Hope you guys like this video. Question: Do you guys like fermented veggies? I have a hard time getting used to sauerkraut etc, but it’s soo good for you, so I’ll keep giving it a try! X
