I’m calling this “Minimalist Choreography”. Not much happens, it’s simple, but it’s supposed to be that way. It FEELS so much better than it looks. I’ve taught this routine several more times after the class where this video was filmed, and since those classes aren’t filmed, we close our eyes, the lights are dimmed, and it’s a magical feeling. This is a routine you can do when you feel like dancing but don’t feel like breaking a sweat. When you want to connect w/your body & emotions but not do a bunch of 8 counts. Perfect if you’re injured, older, tired, gained weight, haven’t felt sexy in a while, or if you just like to take your time in movement & escape from the world.
