又一年中秋——月光下的魔芋大餐和月饼【滇西小哥】

中秋前后,正是吃魔芋的好时节,邻居家挖了两个回来做了一大锅,和往年一样,烤了一些云腿月饼,还有一个传统荞麦苏麻大饼,都是我们熟悉又习惯的味道。每次做月餅,揉著揉著的麵團像是昨日時光,今年的秋天來的像去年一般熟悉,但我們也有了新的記憶。 ※Click “cc“ on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. With Mid-autumn festival coming closer, it is just the right season to enjoy konjac. I took two konjac plants from my neighbor and made a whole pot of konjac tofu. I also baked some Yunnan ham mooncakes as usual. Besides, I made some traditional buckwheat pancakes with shiso seeds and sesame. These are all familiar flavors to us. Each time I make mooncakes, I got a feeling that the dough is just like the days went by. This autumn is just like the last autumn, but is filled with new memories as well.
