Форсирование Днепра и захват немцами Киева стала однозначным и страшным поражением РККА. На берегах Днепра закончилась жизнь сотен тысяч людей. Однако на удивление неоднозначно итоги сражения за Киев воспринимают сами немцы. Более того, само решение повернуть группу армий «Центр» на юг часто рассматривается как то самое «роковое решение», определившее исход войны. ____________________________________________________________________ The crossing of the Dnieper and the capture of Kiev by the Germans became an unambiguous and terrible defeat of the Red Army. The lives of hundreds of thousands of people ended on the banks of the Dnieper. However, the Germans themselves perceive the results of the battle for Kiev surprisingly ambiguously.
