Rust: The cancer of cars.

The amount of rust developing on my car is getting bad. I’ve created this video to share with other people to ask for help: How can I stop the progression of this rust? Keep in mind I am a college student and have VERY little money to spend on rust removal. I do however have a nice Dremel with a lot of rotary cutting bits if I need to make precision cuts.
