The country’s meteorological service has issued an orange warning level for coastal areas of the province. The amount of precipitation reached more than 30 liters per square meter. Rivers overflowed their banks, many roads were washed out, cars got stuck in the water. Houses, buildings and shops were flooded. People were looking for safe places.
