Butcher initially took V24 in an attempt to take down Homelander. However, it was clear that Butcher enjoyed the temporary spells as a Supe that the drug afforded him. When under the influence of V24, Butcher’s power has rivaled that of Homelander, gaining similar strength levels and even laser-vision.
