The city where there are more sunny days in the year than anywhere else! Pyatigorsk is the second most populous city in the Stavropol region, one of the oldest balneological resorts in Russia and a place with which the last years of M. Lermontov’s life are inseparably connected. With its numerous mineral springs and mud deposits compactly spread over a relatively small area Pyatigorsk is quite capable of putting pressure on the leading resorts of the Czech Republic and Germany. However, it is good not only for health, but also as a new interesting route in the tourist collection inveterate traveler. Located at the foot of Mashuk Mountain, sunk in picturesque groves and entangled serpentine terrenekur, this picturesque piece of the Northern Caucasus is always welcome guests regardless of their nationality and social status. And what restrictions can there be in the city, where all natural riches, be it mineral water, therapeutic Tambukan silt or the cleanest mountain air, are free for everybody! Enjoy the tour!
