The 3 tracks selected in Musik Zum Tanzen are yet a bit more than just a development as they focus on a more modern facet of what we could call rave-influenced italo-house. The compilation starts with Jakob Mäder’s new track, Morning Sun. The Stuttgart-based artist produced a clear and super emotional house anthem. The tune evolves nicely, following its touching synths and high energy bass. Its name says it all, probably one of the nicest tracks to play at early morning when the sun rises on the dancefloor. The second track is a more complex mix of italo basslines and rave pads & breaks, winking at the great work of influential artists as Skatebard. While we are still waiting for the summer, with “July Nights North of Bergen” Enzio Etchaberri sends us back to an ocean of memories made of endless nights spent dancing till we fall asleep. The EP closes with ValAir, Mister T. records label owner,’s first track on the label. Choir Offense is an interesting mix, focusing first on powerful and organic drums, leading us through the tune. While it could have been just another tool, the track reveals another dimension with its rave stabs giving it a deeper touch in direct line with the two other productions of the EP.
