Kansas City Tattoo Arts Festival 2021 | Villain Arts

The 6th annual Kansas City Tattoo Arts Festival took place on May 7th through 9th 2021! This is the first tattoo event i’ve attended since Atlanta 2020! Feels good to see some fresh art and some familiar faces! I know there’s going to be a few questions on masks not being worn; at the time of filming, Kansas City health department had removed the city’s mask mandate. All of the staff had worn masks throughout the show.
