Oct 27, 2015: Jump Work Out

For those who wonder what my jump/leg work outs consist of. This is vaguely what it looks like. Sometimes I change it up such as different exercises or amount of weight or of the time I do more back squats and try to add on weight. Sometimes I just do a lot of box jumps and low weight back squats. Now the week before I didn’t do any leg workouts and just jumped and dunked the whole week so lifting this day was quite difficult (i.e. back squats). Here’s what the workout consisted of: Pause Back
