В этом выпуске делюсь с вами видеопрогулкой по будущему саду в КП «Руза Фэмили Парк», который обещает стать новым шедевром от Royal Gardens. Видео наполнено визуализациями и пролётами по 3D-саду. ✨ Площадь участка составляет 29,4 сотки, из которых под благоустройство осталась площадь 22,4 сотки. В проекте использованы следующие элементы ландшафтного дизайна: - ГАЛЕРЕЯ АРОК ИЗ ЯБЛОНИ - ЖАСМИНОВЫЙ КАБИНЕТ - КУЛИСНЫЕ ПОСАДКИ - СКАМЬЯ У РОДОВОГО ДЕРЕВА - ЗОНА ОГОРОДА С ПРИПОДНЯТЫМИ ГРЯДКАМИ Удобство передвижения по дорожкам участка достигнуто благодаря: * плавным линиям траектории; * комфортного уклона с одной стороны участка и добавления пандуса и небольшой лестницы с другой.
