I Did Chris Hemsworth’s Dumbbell vs Bodyweight HIIT Workout In Under 20 Mins. (GIVE THIS A TRY!)

I was scrolling on the Gram and came across a dumbbell vs bodyweight HIIT workout by Chris Hemsworth for his Centr App. After watching it through I figured that I’d give it a try to see how fast I could complete the workout. (17:01) This HIIT workout consists of supersets that you must finish before moving on to the next set. The first exercise in the superset uses dumbbells then you drop the weight and use bodyweight only for the second exercise. There are a total of 5 supersets with 20 seconds of rest between sets, and we’ll repeat these for 4 rounds. This one starts out a little easy but by set 3 you’ll be feeling it!
