TROUTSIDERS: Why Polarized Sunglasses?

Other than safety, a pair polarized sunglasses could really help you when fishing. Especially fly fishing. We fly fishers like to see what we fish for. We use stealth and “ambush“ to get our prey. If the fish sees us before we do, we loose the fish. Polarized sunglasses can selectively eliminate the reflection from light coming from above the water surface so we can see them underwater.
