In this Real-time tutorial I am showing you how I colour Fuchsias in Johanna Basford World of Flowers. I am using my Faber-Castell Polychromos 120 set for this picture, but you can easily use Prismacolor or any other pencil brand you might have. I will show you how to layer oil based pencils, as well as how to blend coloured pencils. I’ll also be showing you how to shade with polychromos. Faber-Castell Polychromos are oil based pencils, so they work different to a wax based pencil, like . You will get the best out of your pencils by layering lots of light layers on top of each other.
