Dog with Broken Jaw Still Wagging Tail Towards People Despite Pain

To be honest, at first sight of this dog, the lady’s fear outweighed her sympathy, but as she tried to greet the dog, this battered little fellow, even though in pain, still vigorously wagged its tail towards people. In that moment, the lady’s heart seemed to be struck. She noticed a collar around the dog’s neck, indicating it might have an owner.
