Claude Speed, you know, the bimbo you play as in Grand Theft Auto III (if you never played that one, do yourself a favor and play it) takes a toll on the new and improved Liberty City he once was at. This time he is hired by a mysterious contractor to take out a high-ranking mafia Don’s underboss, while the underboss is out looking for Claude because he didn’t pay back the money the Don lent to him. However this predicament is false, as Claude is a member of a secret organization and the underboss was told of this false information, forcing him to believe that Claude has to be hit.
