Counter-Strike Beta 7.1 - cs_siege - APC TIME

I know I’m jumping way ahead, but I gotta show off cs_siege’s APC that was introduced in Beta 7.1. This thing owns hard. why would they take it out. and why does it make a squishy sound when i stab its controls
