It defined along with Sonic Adventure 2 an important part of my early adolescence and I knew as I started making video game covers that one day I’d have to tackle it. Naturally, all I’d need is a singer who could both match the feeling and energy of the original, yet also help me put a twist on it. Easier said then done. Then I met Jon. I’m pretty sure once I heard him sing I was like, “Holy hell it would be sick to get him on a cover of Live and Learn.“ And only after doing numerous covers, projects and literally living with him for two years, I’m very proud to bring you our cover of it! A lot of heart went into it and I tried to go above and beyond with the arrangement to make it more modern. I toned my leads back and really focused on a technical rhythm. Hope you guys dig it.
